Launching the Karia Novated Driver App
On Monday morning, before the school run, Pipa opens an app and sees exactly where her novated lease stands; balance available, what’s gone out, and what’s coming up. A quick look at fuel spend shows she’s on track. No emails to her provider. No guessing. Just clarity.
That app is Novated Driver, built by Karia, and now available on iOS and Android. It’s a simple idea: give drivers what they need in their pocket, while keeping providers firmly in control of policy, budgets and workflows.
Why we built it
If you’ve worked in novated leasing, you’ll know the two recurring questions: “What’s my balance?” and “Did that transaction go through?” Drivers want real-time answers; providers want cleaner data and fewer back-and-forths. Novated Driver tackles both.
What makes this different

Getting set up is simple
Configure your integration in Karia (logo, support email, privacy links, workspace).
Invite drivers with an 8-digit code.
Activate - drivers download the app, enter the code, set a password and they’re ready to go.
