About the Role

We are seeking a talented and experienced Senior React Native Developer to join our growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in shaping our technology stack and building our platform from scratch. As a Senior Developer, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and deploy scalable mobile applications that meet the needs of our clients. Experience with transactions and payments systems is highly preferred.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the design, development, and implementation of our mobile applications using React Native.

• Collaborate with industry experts to understand and translate business requirements into technical specifications.

• Integrate and manage transactions and payments systems within the mobile applications.

• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.

• Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

• Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to best practices and coding standards.

• Troubleshoot and debug complex issues, providing timely solutions.

• Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends, integrating them into our development processes.

• Work closely with the product team to prioritize features and enhancements.

• Ensure the scalability, security, and performance of the applications.

Who You Are

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in software development, with a focus on mobile applications.

• Proficiency in React Native development.

• Strong experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks.

• Experience with transactions and payments systems integration.

• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

• Experience with database management and optimisation.

• Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools for CI/CD.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

• A proactive, adaptable mindset in a fast-paced environment.

• Ability to learn quickly and gain deep industry expertise in a short timeframe.

• Experience in Fintech, payments, novated leasing, fleet management is a plus

What We Offer
